JUST FOR GM's !

I have a problem, let's start with the beggining. I'm and old player on your server, i was in the firsts a looong time ago but i stopped playing. I came on again 2 days ago but i can't remember my first account, i have there everything. Can you check or ask me questions? I don't remember mail or account, just character name. Sneaky, gladiator. Just ask me questions about account or just give me the mail. I have a few friends that can confirm the story, i came on with them again, one of them get his old account back. Daysy is his char, but he had a char named Aife. Please respond. With all my respect.

When did you have this account exactly? A while back they did a database wipe of accounts that had been inactive for 7 months. If your account was old enough its possible that it was deleted during that.

You would really be better off starting over if you are an old player like you say your pimped out account is a lvl 50 with Anu Gear and shit tons of dyes that you thought would make you alot of profit ;3

 

Thanks Shelo. I hope some1 will understand. And idk if they deleted my char, i tried to make a char with Sneaky name and it's taken, and i has that name. Maybe they deleted him and another guy get it. Idk what to say, i still wait for a reply. Thanks for support. I started all over but i want to see what i have left on that acc.

 

PM me the server and whatever you can remember, other character names in your account, etc. I'll see what I can do.

I dont want to sound mean but they wont help you man. I spent almost a year trying to help people and when something was out of my reach (like this situation) the response from the higher ups was "oh well" or none at all.

Just start over and relieve yourself of future headaches

 

I actually forwarded his message to other staff members that can actually provide more information about his account. I, as well, am waiting for a reply from them. Sorry about the time delay Sneaky x.x

I'm really hesitant to give out account info to people who claim they don't have access to the email they registered with anymore. There are some serious discrepancies in your story as well that I won't air publicly.

You need to give me concrete proof that it is indeed your account via PM before I proceed any further. We take account security rather seriously; anyone can claim an account - it doesn't necessarily mean that it really is their own.
