Well tbh Xian has always been the Gay and Emo part of the legion, besides there are like 7 guys using that account. Other than that a few pages ago he said he was quitting. He said it after Ashuka said she was quitting tho

Still if you wish to balk then I do owe you a reply, such is common courtesy, so here you go.

As far as your kisk spot is concerned it's blatantly obvious that you cannot get to that location legitimately, when confronted about this by staff that was happily admitted. We do not permit unfair gameplay advantages on Gamez where possible - just because you happen to be gaining from the aforementioned doesn't make it unfair for "the kisk police" to take steel cleats to your face. I will also note that rather than punish you for this offense members of KINGs were offered to either vacate the mountain of their own accord, be teleported to other members of KINGs that were also in Inggison or be sent back to their obelisks safely.

As far as bias is concerned you must be aware that kisk spot is the worst kept secret in Inggison, everyone knows it's used by Asmodians choosing to invade. The reason you were targeted for this was due to repeated PMs bringing it up as something that needed to be addressed.

If other members of the Asmodian faction are doing this we will treat them equally and the same applies to Elyos members. If you see Elyos players abusing the same thing you were please report it and we will deal with them exactly as we dealt with you.

As it stands that position could only be accessed by either a Spiritmaster from pre-2.5 (bug abuse) or fly hacking (Uh.. about that)

Neither is something we are willing to accept.

Anyone could get there legitimately before the 2.5 update, it was simply a matter of gliding (and knowing) your way there - we left our chars there before the update so of course after it, our chars were there. Obviously we can't do it now.
