Katalam Obelisk

GM/AM, is there any you can do for those who abused AOE skills, Fear of sm used even in obelisk, terrible howl (dont know the right term of that skills of templar), etc. they spam there skill in Obelisk/Safe zone and im playing last day for over 13hrs still no GM/AM/SAM online. & those crooks keep on spamming & i found people who are using no animation. sorry for having no evidences our computers here gettin worse if we used any other program like bandicam.

 

The thing is if you don't have any evidence GMs/AMs can't ban them, because this action won't be tolerated on Gamez. It would be nice if you still can try or one of your friends to take a unedited screenshot and post it on forum. Would be a good help! :3

 

I try to print screen if ever im online. it infuriate me if i saw players who continuously doing an odious act w/ is unacceptable in my own opinion. but what i observed for long hours i've been played. there's no any staff who is online and checking what players do.

 

If you can take screenshots with a time stamp(/time) and report them with a combat log and log showing they are killing in the safe zone we can do something about as for the no-ani hackers just pm any of the am's with the names of people you think are no ani hacking so we can check them out

 

I am sorry that we can't be 24/7 online to assist you since we also have our real lives to attend to. But be rest assured that whenever we're on, this is one of the tasks that keep us busy in-game; following hackers and checking/giving warning/jailing abusers.
There are plenty of options to help us get rid of these abusers/hackers. If you truly are concerned, taking screenshots (as stated above) and making an official report here in forum wont hurt too much. Regarding the hackers, I didn't really put the quote on my signature for nothing. If recording is not possible on your end, feel free to send any online AMs a PM in-game with the name of your suspected hacker/s OR, if no one is online, send me or one of the AMs here in forum a PM with the name of your suspected hacker/s, your server and we'll investigate them when we can.
About the AoE bug in neutral zones, higher staffs are already aware of this problem (this has always been a problem even before 4.0) and is included in the list of bugs they sure are working on to fix. Until then, all we got to do is to help each other by you (player), reporting the abusers to us (staffs) so we can punish them accordingly.
