Keep crashing at server selection

I am playing GamezBD like a 2 year and never had this problem. First it start with crashing while changing servers/characters. After that I had to force check every time it crashed else I couldn't connect. And now I can't even pass the server selection. Normally when you select server it freezes like a second and you can see your characters but when I select server backgrounds not freezes and keeps playing. After couple of seconds game crashes.

I tried;
reinstalling game,
clearing cache, user cache and GamezBD files from AppData,
force check,
changing DNS,
resetting/rebooting modem,
connecting with different internet connection and
trying different VPN's and none of them worked.

I really don't know what can I do after all this. Help me please and thank your for guidance.

 

I'm a new playere here and also got this issue, I cannot join any server, please help <3

 

Try to install the latest Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributables from Microsoft.
Then reboot for the changes to take effect and relaunch the game.

Edit: Can't link the address of the file, because the msg will be hidden till a moderator checks it.

 

Több éve játszok a játékkal ilyen problémába még sosem volt részem. A játék egyszerüen összeomlik. Többszöri próbálkozás után is.

 

I don't think it's because Visual C++ because I can play normally 3-4 days before and I tried it too and nothing changed.
