Resolved keep getting "torrent error" at 85 % from updating

heyhey
i have the following problem
when i downloaded the game and started the launcher up it started updating.
everything went fine till 85% exact and then the launcher just freezes and instead of the % all i see is "torrent error"
if i close and restart the launcher again it says that its 100% and done but when i try to start it it gives an error that it cant find (mvcpc140.dll) or something and shuts down..
anything i can do to solve this?
i have teamview so im happy with any help i can get.

problem is solved!
for everyone with same problem turn of antivirus and firewall durin download ^^
