Kinah Disappearing

well... this has happened to me today also, today, i voted to all 5 sites for gamez aion, and got 50 credits and 2.5kk kinah on my character: Kontoulla, at least that's what it said i would get.
i logged in, didn't really check my kinah because i didn't remember how much i had exactly, i knew it was around 100 million, then i went to the broker, took 147 million from sold items, i sold a tahbata jewel +10 and some enchantment stones i think, and then i realized after around 5 minutes that the server had crashed, i logged out, and played another game for some time, more than one hour,

when i logged back in, i didnt check my kinah, i went with a group to dark poeta, and then while checking the loot i got, i realized that i had only 36 million kinah instead of the 240 or something, that i should have had.

someone told me to check my chat.log file in my aion folder to give you guys proof,
this isnt really proof, i mean, anyone could just create this, but it's the only thing i have
