KINAH WAS LOST/REPLACED

Good Day!

Hello to those of who can help me in-game, GM's, etc. I logged-in into the Gamez website and use Online Time Exchange. I got somewhat like 12 hours that time and exchange it to Kinah hoping that it will be added to my current Kinah which is 4Billion+ (I forgot the specific amount). When I tried to log-in in-game then had a number of quests, I just found out lately that my Kinah was actually replaced with somewhat 120,009,600(12hrs X 10,000,800) instead of adding it to my previous Kinah amounting to the aforementioned amount. Hope that you could help me on this. I have a screenshot but the current amount was 134Million+ because I had some quests and rewards and sold some items.

 

Kinah can't get replaced from OTE There have been problems with kinah not being added, but it never magically "replaced" your amount. Also I highly doubt that an account created just 3 days ago, would already have 4 billion kinah but.. who am I to judge.
