Kisk Error

Hi,This week i create a new char.
And did a big donation .
I bought everything .
As usual, i combine my two weapons(Mastarius Jewel and Archon Brigade Generals Jewel)
But my sorcerer can't mark on kisk.
I listen the sound (plinn), but there is no button to confirm.
I gonna create a new sorcerer. But there is no form to transfer my combined weapons
for my new character.
So , i need transfer my weapon.
Another possibility is the Admin remove my combined weapons and give me the originals weapons .
My nick is Jetzinho and i'm online now.
I prefer the second option.

Extra:
I have item.pak ,
VIP account and the new launcher.

i suggest u just wait for the big update in approximately 2 weeks when they replace the whole aion core (so the bug wont be there most likely). this bug happens way too frequently to just keep remaking the char and its an annoyance too. if u dont mind waiting, its the better solution

 

I really like play with my sorcerer and i don't want wait for the update.
Because i don't know if the update gonna resolve my problem.
