Kolka NPC where an what’s it’s use?

Hi can anyone tell me where the kolka npc is an what can I exchange with it

Also is the central market in game yet

Central market is not in game yet, kolka npc is located on between the velia market director and the velia blacksmith (tucked in a corner, big guy wearing black armor. you can't miss him)

 

Central market like the one in retail/official where they auto buy your posted items?
Nah, ain't coming here in gamezbd as per Kolka himself.
As to why? I have been thinking about it as well, just imagine everyone have billions of silvers on their storage and with the lack of supply of items in MP, people will tend to just buy and pre order items because they have a lot of money.

The free caphras already is enough a good start, while even people saying they won't sell because there are 200k+ of them in MP, how come my new account and my friend's new character can still sell some within a day? lol!
Don't have to worry on the items being super low priced as well because min and max price here are capped.

Well, as a matter of experiment, I put about 350 caphras on the AH yesterday afternoon to see what happens. 30 of them were sold within half an hour, the rest are still there, a full day after. I believe there were about 197k when I put mine, now there are 221k, so someone needs to buy 20k+ for mine to start selling or maybe by cancelling and re-posting they would sell quicker, but they come in stacks of only 10, managing several hundred of them if they don't sell is a task for a bot, not a human

 

I think the CM on retail is no longer auto-buy item market now, you actually have to sell your item to a player in order to receive money.

PS i could be wrong tho but thats what i see on youtube
