Kolka NPC

I think is that useless NPC. From the one scroll you have only one memory fragment. In a normal kill you get 4-5 memory fragments with drop rate and bundle and nowhere, does not fit. You just lost many memery fragments.

If you want something normal add to every trader option exchange that scrolls for 4-5 Memory fragments.
Add Trader NPC in the Audroxia city. Because this city not have trader.

 

U get 4 for pila fe scrolls, 3 for rest.

You dont get only 1.
Or did you ever see the interface telling you, lets say, you got 3 blackstones?
No, it tells you, you dropped blackstone, and if you check your inventory, then its the first time you see the count.
So stop beeing a kid and listen to what others tell you.
You get 4 frags and thats it...
