Kumbanda’s Whereabouts bug

I'm not sure if this was the right place to post since i only could find the bug section in the mid rate server.

During step 9 you have to eliminate Kura Stormgaze but the brainwashed reians somehow managed to steal my kill and now I can't finish the quest anymore since she is a triggered spawn after a replay.

Also I never received the pamphlet in the missing father quest instead i just got the port key which i would receive later on. Is there any nice person who can reset my log the missing father?
