Kunoichi ability: Delighted Blast

Hi,
I played this server roughly 6 months ago and mained Kuno. At the time the ability Delighted Blast had a major bug, making the skill unusable. I came back and the ability still appears to be bugged.
In the past, the ability would not project and you would only have one or two hits land which wouldn't CC. From the small amount of testing I have been able to do the ability seems to hit but not project. Although this is still not ideal as the ability is intended as a ranged engagement tool, I was wondering whether there is some kind of compensation buff, or if Kuno is just a class that has been left less functional than other classes.

 

Delighted blast works. So does its cc and its capability of hitting people over range with it. The damage is very low tho

 

Can you please fix the bugg skill of sorc its fucking annoying when it comes to 6v6 event. Thank you...
