Lag Issue?

So i tried to play at first time and its going smoothly BUT when i tried to try to log in the second time i got his weird lag that when i join the server i can't do anything,my stamina not going down,can't open mail,etc but i can see the chat not sync with the chat that on discord (kinda like lag) but when i call my friend for help to see if my movement lagging in game and its not tried i the skill and he say"yeah you actually doing the skill" so im not laging in server but lagging in my client(?) so can someone give me a solution for this problem.

i already try all the possible fix from the forum but nothing work
