LAN internetspeed sharing

    i know there is a way to distribute internet speed, I want to know how so if I'm downloading or updating my client I can do so freely without being lagged by other users.

    Wich router are u using or is used? do u have acces to it?

    There are some ways to do it. One of them is to priorize some kind of traffic on your router, if it have the option to do it. Other way is to install some software like NetLimiter on each computer and configure it properly.

    i see, is that a free software? im not very techie about that part the router, but i think i can learn how to. the shop owner is a friend of mine and he agrees to whatever i may do, just to share the speed so everyone can play fair on LAN

    hmm crap>< i googled netlimiter but cant find where to download the right one.
