    Well i'm half/half

    Because Laptops you can take around but you can;t do ALOT on them.

    Desktop you can;t take around but you can do alot on them. Plus its cheaper.

    do you really need a 18+ inch screen for a LAPtop? I had laptops with 17in screens and that was plenty big for me

    I personally find 17 in nice also, but that laptop is the best of the best for my price range, and nothing but the best works for me

    I had the best of the best once, cost me nearly 3k and a year and a half later it crapped out on me. Part of me died that day. :'( Still have the damn thing too. Most expensive paperweight I ever bought

    I had a one year warranty at the time as a longer warranty wasnt even available(this was back in 2006 Specs Win XP 2gigs ram, Dual Core 2 2.2GB processor, 512 MB Video Card I would take that thing to LAN parties and itd still be faster than all the desktops lol)

    I have 3 other laptops 2 work and one doesnt. I also have a desktop but its from my dads work and is several years old and while it has decent specs isnt really cut out for gaming.
    That and I have various older desktops in various states of disassembly that I got from friends and relatives to just mess around with.

    lololol labtop vs desktop. Ok I'll keep it short. If you're on the move alot and don't mind being gimped, use a labtop. if you're not and you want an Epic gaming exp. Use a desktop.
