    Bug Name:
    Latest Coupons "thankstoeveryone" and "surprizejshammer" did not receive in mailbox​
    Bug Description:
    Entered two coupon codes one after another. Successfully redeemed as per in-game after re-entered as part of verification. Did not find any items from those two coupons in mailbox. No issue when redeeming the previous event coupon codes which received the baby dragon. Kindly advise by support personnel. No rush as it's Christmas after all. Hohoho....​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    I don't have an idea but I think it's inconsistency issue as players I spoken with indicated received theirs.​

    Family: Klngdoms (KLNGDOMS)
    Server: Season Character at season server during input of coupon codes (entered codes in lower case (for testing purposes) at first resulted in failure and retry with upper case which indicated successful redeemed)
    Switching between Season server and Server 3 (CH3) when grinding.
    Thanks in advance for looking into this report.
