Launch Game Error

    When I open up the client, and then the screen that says "NCSoft" opens up, nothing happens for about 20 seconds or so, then a message pops up saying, "Failed to initialize the game." Any suggestions how to fix?

    Make sure your DirectX, gfx card drivers are up to date, you installed the items.pak correctly(if you failed to do so it'll lead to your error)

    Launch your client from your program file folder instead of desktop shortcut, also run in admin.
