Launcher asks to update

This just started today...but does anyone else get asked to update the game when they start the GamezAion Launcher? I click "update game" on the launcher and i get the error:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files
(x86)\NCsoft\Aion\bin32\d3d8thk.dll' is denied.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.File.Delete(String path)
at GamezLauncher.Form1.download()

I click "ok" and a pop-up comes up saying the update is complete (somehow). Then I go into the game and it freezes up when I type in my login info and click "ok."
Is this due to server being down or something else. Again, the client worked yesterday.

 

Did you try to re-install the GamezAion launcherfiles?

 

Try what Aerox suggested if that doesn't work delete your bin 32 then repair. This will cause your game to update tp 3.0 so you'll have to downgrade.
