Launcher cannot launch the game, please help

    Hi, for some reason I cannot run the game on my surface book.

    After clicking start, the launcher stay at this state and nothing happens. There was no error message or anything, just nothing happens after I click on Start.
    i had tried the solutions in this thread http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/ and did not fix the problem.

    Anyone has any idea what went wrong here?
