Launcher CPU usage?

    In the original game, my cpu usage hovers around %3-%4 when i leave it in tray with the lowest settings. In the private it is %12-16!
    I get that there may be some optimizations made to the game with the new updates but the one thing that bothers me most is the launcher. The launcher by itself uses %6 cpu even while seeding is disabled. Can someone explain to me why that is?
