Launcher doesn't load

    Hey guys,:embarrassed:
    I am new to the game & server and I downloaded the client today. When I try to install it clicking on the Black Desert Online Launcher
    it won't open anything even if I use it as administrator.
    What seems to be the problem? I can't figure this out. (noo)

    actually it did work for me just fine but it dced when I was on character creation a few minutes ago. And now when I run the launcher it says it updates the client and I cant click on start . also it keeps sending me this message : Untitled1.jpg

    Open your gamezbd launcher and let it update. It will direct you to the official launcher.
