Launcher Error, always updating launcher

    guys, i need help.. Launcher is always updating. When its 100%, the launcher restart and updating again from 0%. Until sometime it stop updating n it says that i need to restart the launcher. when i do that the launcher starts updating again and restart again.. HELP, i cant play.

    Ps. Already try to repair the launcher and reinstall but still like that
