    Its happening the same to me, reinstalled 3 times the game
    Cleaned all the caches and all the files
    Reseted my modem and router too
    And still that shows off
    Idk if there is another solution but i've tried everything that the forums say.

    We shared pre-download game version. But its need install only after server patch. But u see on screenshot u runned launcher to new client when server not updated. So now u broke client cuz it start update old version :/

    Yea, I had Launcher Error. So I hopped will be fixed with that. Many people have launcher Error.

    I Would Say Just Re Downloade the Normal Version and Install it with a Clean Install. You Downloadet The Upcomming Version Ethenal Winter Wich is not even out on Retail And You Tryed to Start it But since The Server is not Updatet Your Launcher Cant Downloade The Config Files for the game to Work. The New Version is Rdy to be Donwloadet so Everyone Can Download it Now to Start Playing The Same Day the New Version comes Out
