Launcher errors when trying to Force Check files

Got a corruption error after last patch and had to check files. Ran the check, the launcher errors and doesn't start the check. Restarted PC and still doesn't work.

 

Make sure your net framework is updated. If it is, did you try reinstalling the launcher?

 

Launcher is the latest downloaded. Running Windows 10 with the latest updates installed so .NET is installed to the latest version as well.
I was able to perform a Force Check on Saturday as it was the first time in months that I played, but since the last server update it broke.

I completely re-downloaded the game and still have the same issue. I log into the game and get the popup instantly for corrupted files. I close the game, Force Check from launcher, and it errors out.

Anyone got an answer? I'm losing Premium and VP days....

If I ignore the message, I am locked to the town I logged out from. Example being my Gatherer is locked inside Calpheon. I can move around, use the bank and send/rec to different towns, but I can't LEAVE town at all. There's an invisible wall.

I want to use the cash/pearls I have...
