Launcher Limit Download

I really want following feature in the launcher. I want a option where i can limit my download speed (like upload limit).

I want that feauture because the launcher uses 100% of my internet (idk why). if i download via the launcher i cant surf in the internet. i cant play other games and i cant do any internet related stuff.

a downlaod limit opion would be a quality of life improvement.
