Launcher not opening

Hi, I was trying to start playing GamezBD again today but I have been able to due to the fact that my launcher does not open. Originally, when I first launched it, it opened briefly but closed shortly after. Now when I try to open it, it does nothing but create a log, and the process stays open in task manager for a few seconds.

Could it be because I'm using a cloud gaming service? Possibly what I'm trying to play on is being recognized as virtual machine? My laptop is on the cusp of being too weak to even run BDO, so I'd much rather play on here if possible. Thanks

It seems you cannot play on vm any more. Try playing without it.
