    This issue is caused by the NCsoft launcher and has nothing to do with Gamez, therefore we can't help you.
    Simply close the launcher and start the update again.

    How many times do i have to repeat that the NCSoft launcher has nothing to do with Gamez?
    That's their issue, not ours. Sadly, there is nothing we can do about it, so just be patient.

    I'm sorry but i have to contraddict you. The NCSoft launcher is not part of Gamez but belogs to NCSoft itself and Aion "NA", therefore we have no influence on any issues caused by it. Surely, they will find out what's going on with their launcher and fix the issue as soon as possible.
