Launcher seeding option

Good day fellow players,
Today i have tested a bit to see if the option is on or of when checked and unchecked , upon using netstats with cmd , and watching the task manager , i see theres no difference , people are still able to seed from me and ofcourse the launcher is eating up cpu sometimes more then bdo client itself , personaly it doesn't affect me that much but there are people out there with rigs worse then us, i would like to request a further investigation into the code of the launcher and have it look it up because its not normal. At first i thought the launcher is trying to mine cryptocurrency thru it , but it proven false theory,

Wow... just... wow. I haven't checked it myself but if your claim, is right then this is fucking ridiculous. Why are we being forced to seed the game?!
