Client Issue Launcher start the 1st update then exit

Hello there guys iam new in this server i want to bad to came back to aion so iam going straight to the point...
I downloaded the client via torrent after that i click on gamezaion.exe the launcher start the 1st cyan bar going from 0 to 100% after go 100% the launcher just exit itself
tryed compatible mode to win 7... win 8... putting the launcher on admin and the result keep the same...
Any help?

 

Thanks! now it pass that issue but now! the client doesnt load up.. :\ problem after another....

i put the info here maybe someone can help me out other than the mod...
I have the folder of the game in read only and i try countless times to uncheck that box but for some reason it keeps the check box on so the read only it still checked...
tryed to put security of the D:\ to all users full control even the folder itself of gamezaion and STILL it keeps the read only checked on the folder...
Any help?
