Launcher stuck

i tryed everything already on suport and etc, i even tryed to get help by Lareldal XD and nothing worked sadly, maked all steps on forum too, help me ;-;.

but i already made it :c and i still having problem, yesterday i maked the last thing to do. unistall the gamez launcher and delete the game folder to redownload the whole game again, and now ;v the thing got more worse, the launcher without the game detect have no folder selected, i select a new to download all again and the launcher simple not work after i put the new folder ;3;

 

the other error now. after apear that one the launcher simple not work :c
and yes i check the antivirus and other things. XD i loosed soo many daily rewards T-----T
