Launcher stucked at %100 Updating Patch Files

As I mentioned in the topic launcher stucked whil updating patch files at %100.
The things I have done are:
Make exceptions for the Firewall
Connect via VPN
Change DNS to Google
Reboot many times and tried it
Re-download it and replace the files
No need to change stasus file to 1 cause its already 1 but I still change it to 0 than again 1 to see if there any differences.
Re-download the launcher and replace it.

If I forgot something that slips my eye, or u have another solution I am keen to hear it.
