Launcher won't open up

    I've been trying to open the game lately but the launcher won't open at all, I track it from task manager I see the launcher opening for a sec then closing itself right away, also downloaded new launcher and didn't work too

    Is this a new install?
    Which OS version you run?
    Have set exceptions for game folders on Windows Defender and Launcher/Client on Firewall?
    Do you have any AV and/or anti-malware running?
