launcher wont open

so i downloaded aion from the official page and it installed 4.0, then i downloaded the launcher from here and it just wont open, ive tried in file repair from the original launcher and unistall and install again, im running in XP, and i have frameworks ok (2,3,3.5) i need halp please it doesnt even show a message error it just doesnt start at all.
if i run aion to connect with the original client it start and i have no problems, is just the launcher from gamez that doesnt start.

 

i think gamez is not working on XP atm, only on SP3, not rly sure about that thing
i suggest u to reformat pc to Windows 7
