Launcher won't open

Been having still problem for a while (main reason I stopped in the first place), GamezBDO launcher does not seem to open at all! I've tried everything:

• Turning off my firewall
• Turninf off Windows Defender
• Adding exceptions to my firewall and windows defender
• Installing all the runtimes

It shows a log file but I can't seem to check it since its .bdlog and i'll link it down below if someone can actually open these things
Anyone know a fix?

 

My launcher wont start either, tried running as admin a few times, its always been a problem but usually after 4-5 attempts it'll start the launcher but not this time, looking for a fix and Ill let you know when I get it started. I watch it start in my task manager and it used to get suspended by windows and I'm not sure why, but atm its not suspending the application, it just disappears after 3-6 seconds.

 

I never got a log file for the launcher not starting, but I got my launcher to start on the first try after going into the windows defender firewall application (just type firewall and press enter in the search thing, dont click the one that pops up) and allowing 2 blocked "blackdesert64"s to not be blocked by the inbound rules, not sure why they were blocked in the first place but whatever. Then I went to settings, update & security, windows security, firewall & network protection, allow an app through firewall, then click the change settings button with the admin shield and make sure all the blackdeserts and gamezs are an exception. started right up after that, not even running the shortcut as admin.

Hope it works and if not, my next step would be to wipe my computer and format the drives, its been a while since a fresh install of windows so I'm sure it would help. It'd be a great time to upgrade a couple components as well.
