Launcher wont start

After last night when I was able to play, I logged in this morning, got an error saying that there is not enough quota or memory to run the application, it closed the client and since then I cannot start the launcher.

Steps I've done to attempt fixing this:

Restarted the computer,
Ran as administrator,
Installed VCRedist x64,
Reinstalled launcher, restarted computer,
Uninstalled game, installed launcher to start from scratch (still same).

Keep in mind my firewall is off, exceptions are made, antivirus is off, exceptions are made.

I have Windows 8 and it was running just fine untill today.

Also did Windows Updates, still the same.

 

PC restart usually fixes the problem. Are you still getting the same error?
