While you're active, I have a serious suggestion

Please make posts in hot spam count in post count

I'm not kidding. I know we spam a lot, but none of us spam with the intention of simply raising our post count. We really just like off topic chat, its what keeps us coming back to these forums and we seriously see these forums as a community, a place to talk to our friends. While we have our ups and downs, and sometimes cause a lot of drama (most times), we aren't just random spammers with no cause.

I'd like to recommend making it count as posts because some of us have been here for years, and while we may talk mostly in hot spam, we also make a lot of meaningful posts, and its nice to see the accumulated posts of all your time here.

(I was also very serious about the drama queen title, I really love that you added it and aside from the sparkling stars, I honestly hope we can keep it. Perhaps an alternate VIP title for the veterans that have been here, if they want it?)

Sorry but that's not happening anytime soon. It's not just the post count that is disabled from the spam section, but also the search engine bots so they don't grab all the spam this forum generates (it's like pollution to SEO) so we don't get blacklisted from google or other search engines for spamming so much.

Yeah, there's lots of spam, but why should it not be added to post count? Post count doesn't affect anyone, but its nice to have. Quite a few of us that have been here for years have posted tons in hot spam, and never just posted anything for the sake of posts or things like
    "+1"
    "I agree"
we do seriously take our posts seriously even if it is hot spam

I can understand you guys being apprehensive to the idea, but it would mean a lot, and I'm not joking.

Yea I understand what you saying but if you guys want to socialize, you have social section. Hot Spam is just for hot spam.

Social Section, I view it similarly to hot spam just with little more rules. You can talk normally in there, and it doesn't consider to be spam unless of course, its spam that we are doing in hotspam right now.

If I were to enable post counts in that section then the top posters would be all spammers. Post counts reflects your activity in the regular forums.

    Enough said.
