Lazord speed hacking

In my opinion he does not appear to be speedhacking.
Here is why;

1) He does not appear to be teleporting in anyway
2) He does not consistently gain distance from you and considering he is flying in a straight line then he would be.
3) You are not 'following' him, therefore distance can change dramatically depending on what angle the player is flying at.
4) You keep up with him and actually close the gap towards the end.

I will keep an eye out for him while i am online, but i personally don't see any hack there.
