Le Sigh, Besfer NPCs.

This has really got to stop... There's got to be a script or something for NPCs to return to their spawn points or something. Every time I go to Besfer Refugee Camp in Beluslan, the NPCs don't aggro, then randomly, they aggro to the elyos there and they go under the floor or up into the sky where no one can find them. This really needs to be fixed, it's getting a bit annoying. At least get them to stop running through the floor and staying under there, that's the annoying part, as you can't get under there to get the quest.
