Leaving Gamez

Hi guys just wanted ti give my feedback on why i am leaving this server.
1st and most important subject, is abyss items, you cannot get abyss items a unless you or tons of pvping and doing ingg sieges or donating & trading with other players for enourmous amounts of items, the main thing in aion is that you would be able to trade your major crowns, goblets and etc... for a pvp server that people just want to get they're items really fast, they can't unless they donate. and that just seems really unfair for the GM's and Admins to push these rules on the players, that the main reason that they come here is to get OP fast and start pvping, wich is impossible unless you donate, i've been playing in this server for almost a year now and just recently i got my 1st ABG critical neckless, the only part of pvp item i had that i had to trade my full SW plate set +15(6slots) + SW wings to get it. and that really upsets me that it takes me this long to get my 1st pvp item on a high rate pvp server.
2nd, the crucible noble champion coliseum items, after jully gm's saw people getting they're NCC set's and thought, "omg this is pvp set" so what they did, they removed the npc's and claimed that the set wasn't working yet, wich is fair enough until the point when they say "From now on, we will spawn the npc's only on rare event's, like xmas", seems fair to you guys? well it doesn't to me i don't want to spend 1 year on a pvp hight rate server to get my NCC set, it kinda goesn against the reason why i came to the server in the 1st place. don't get me wrong i think that the items should not be easy to get, but a year to get them seems a bit too much.
3rd in consequence of gm's actions people on this server are abusing trades, exemple: like asking for 3 SW weapons just to get a hard trade for a SW breastplate. because since you have to give a whole set for 1 part of Archon Brigadine General, of course the easy and faster way to get the items is to get more items for the item your selling is worth so you can get your ABG part faster. when i 1st joined the server i would be able to trade 1 SW shield for 1 SW breatplate because it's actual worth the same, now you have to give your SW shield+azure scale sword and greatsword and still be considered lucky if someone accepts your offer.

and this is why i can't stand to play in this server anymore, and i ask the GM's to delete my account "Dormantis" since i'll be from now on playing on official Aion Free to play, where yes it'll take me a long time to get my items, but i'll be sure sure to get them on my own effort instead of having lot's of people paying for my item's by asking too much from them. and where everything is working properly.

1 abg neck for a year playing? not so true i was playing this 2 to 3 months and i get full abg acce + 2 abg weapon xD

 

yeah and why don't you tell everyone how you got your ABG so fast? for sure it wasn't by fair trading, and FYI i don't play aion 8 hours a day like you do because i just simply do have a lot more things to do in my life than just spending all my time playing, don't get me wrong i love playing games and playing aion :love:, i just don't waste all my time on it. :wink:

We removed the npcs because frankly you can't even get courage insignia right now. As for your other statements.

Firstly, you can get platinum medals from sieges in gelk / ingg along with the medal fountain in either of the main towns with some effort. You can also get, EGT / EAT / APP / GPP for AP / Gold or Plat medals depending which aren't all that hard to come by actually.

You say that trading a full SW set for ABG is bad? It's relatively easier to get SW than it is to get either of the Abyssal 50/55 sets which I can understand why someone would want a set which can be fully acquired in one instance run for a 1000 credit item. Yes this is a high rate pvp server. While still, it shouldn't be super easy to get everything.

There is also the vote option instead of using donations, it does work you know. To the thing you said about us saying we will spawn npcs on rare events? That was never even a topic of discussion that I am aware of, and if someone told you this? Sadly mistaken.

Trade abuse? Come on really? You think that we can do anything about how players value items in this game? Seriously that is something for the player base to determine on their own, not us to force down their throats

Best of luck in life and take care in whatever you do. Though almost a year of playing and only getting one pvp items is really weird plus you just have to get 3.5k credits(2k credits +1.5k for VIP) to start your business and begin gaining profit for future PVP gears. I can get one pvp item in not more than a month (2months max if I'm busy) without donating or even trading for them. Every online game out there has a certain amount of grind in it , be it a private server or a retail one, there will always be "hard work". Everyone should know by now that private servers are kept alive by donators (that's why they have their advantages). Just an opinion/insight I wanted to share. Peace out and goodluck.

 

Really then why don't you spawn the abyss Icon, Seals, Goblets and Crown traders? so we can trade all our major crowns and goblets that where given to us when we reach lvl 55, you say has an escuse that people where abusing the trades, if so then why don't you put a systems like lowering the crowns drops rate and so on, or put a no more than 100k AP trade per day auto limit? after all if your good enough to have like that system working on craftable helithorpe items, shoudn't be too hard to get the same system working on those npc's also. :wink: anyway, plz delete my account.

You don't even have to be in the game to get abg at that rate.. You sir just have to vote more often which in my case doesn't take up more than 5mins of my time.

 

Because...they flaw ranking boards due the the AP gained from them being amplified? That is why.

 

Well 2.5 billion is not much here but on retail its a lot and will take you a long time to get that and the fact most 85+ stones will cost between 10 to 15 mill a piece might not seem bad but I broke 70+ 90 stones to plus my top to 5 lmao. The fact here I plus 11 my gear on green drops using level 40 to 50 stones is much better.

Nc-stupid is going to merge zikel ( largest elyos dominated server...and when the people that quit come back to play it will be lol ) with Vaizel a server that is almost balanced in terms of zerg versus zerg and forts slightly more asmos but that will change to the worse after the merge............will be another azfail all over again.

 

Sry but to me that is just an excuse, because if you really wanted you would just simply do the math, Ex: if 100ap item traded gives you 1000AP (amplified) then no more than 10000AP item should be allowed per day, (Ex: no more than 1 major crown = 9k AP per day, it should give you 90k amplified per day total, rounded up) then only spawn crown merchant, with option for 1 major crown only.
Does it really sounds like something so hard to do?

 

Retail is retail. This is a private server, but retail or private there is no perfect game that will please everyone and go the way you want it to be(else you own/manage/developed the game).

lol back when I didn't even know about it, I made 2 mill AP in a bit over half an hour... 15 minutes in siel's western fortress dungeon and like 15-30 minutes talking to those npc's... bam, 4 star officer... they removed the NPC's the day after and explained how it was unbalanced. I didn't know this and yet I understand it perfectly.

regarding Archon Brigade General's Items, do the maths. you can vote once every 12 hours, without touching the game. 10 credits per vote, 5 vote pages, twice a day. 100 credits, or 1 buck, a day. do that TEN days in a row, and you got yourself enough to get either an ABG ring, an earring, OR a NECKLACE. 20 days get you a piece of gear. if you are good with trades, you can get full abg sets without spending a dime. it would take approx. 220 days or around that to get a full ABG set, but compare that to retail, where you have to pay 15 bucks a month (soon to be over) and work ur ass off to get AP and medals to even get the weapon that in here you can get in 20 days..


this is not retail, so don't expect everything to work here. I prefer to donate for items and give user feedback so they get the gear and knowledge they need to improve this server day by day. The GM's, like Puddles here, are player volunteers. They work their ass off taking player requests, doing events, and answering questions and whatnot whenever they can. Then the testers, which are also volunteers, test whatever they can to get a higher level of feedback and more information, so the devs can make a better job. Sure, some people can get greedy and not give back in server maintenance, but it always happens. to see private servers having more maintenance and feedback than some retail games out there from big companies, it tells you something: They Care.

All of this is coming from another player. If you're going to keep bringing up excuses to your leaving, then that's up to you. People always come and go, that's a given. But the reasons you are posting here could have easily been cleared up if you asked instead of going around taking things for granted. This simple command ".gmlist" is a wonder, try using it sometime.

One of the fastest way to obtain ABG gears is by voting.

You can vote 5 times per 12 hour (10 credit points for each times) which you will obtain 50 credit points per 12 hour cycle, 100 credit points per day. Vote for 20 days, and you will gain 1 part of ABG (2,000 Credit Point).

You need to give something in order to gain something, this applies in both LIFE and GAME. You can't just sit there, do nothing and expect people to give you everything you wanted, You spare some of your time to vote and you will gain credit points to buy you some decent gears. Sitting there bragging about how colourful your life was isn't going to get you anywhere.

I used to be so caught up with my job and life that I have to stop gaming for over a year, I have to work my a** off 7 days per week to pay for my own expenses (house, car etc). Even a man like me could find some spare minutes to vote for the server, why can't you?

If you can't even find some spare time to vote for the server, I can't imagine what you will get on retail server.

FYI, I have 17k+ Credit Points on Crystal Aion & I have a complete abg on my gladiator.
$0 dollars spended, only a few minutes per day were spend to vote for the server.

 

oh btw, the NCC thing... it was never available, even if the NPC's were there lol.. no one had it before christmas, and what Gamez Staff did was implement it as christmas gear, from the Black Cloud Traders Shop. They don't spawn any NPC's for this. I personally don't agree with it being available only in special dates, since it was sort of the core update in 2.7, along with the Arenas which no one does anyways. But still, to quit for not being able to get NCC gear is kind of absurd...

And the whole OP trade thing... blame the players, not the staff lol.. if you fell for a "OP +ADD" deal, it's ur own fault honestly. Just like the zergs, there's so much the staff can do for problems where the player base makes the choices.

Good luck in Aion F2P... I won't be joining cause it'll be a grindfest till 60, then another grindfest to get any sort of eternal gear lol... I wanna see tiamat dead as soon as 3.0 comes out, not 5 months later =P

If you wanted just pvp gear, I traded 2k vip points for a full egt set + weapon and headgear. I think that's a bit better than using that 2k for just 1 abg piece to start out with.

 

LOL? You play for a year and you only got 1 abg necklace? Have you ever heard of voting?I have friends who managed to get 8 abg gears in less than 1 year of playing,just by voting and marketing. LOL you make it sound as if getting good items is impossible without donating. I think you are just here from another aion server to talk sh1t about gamez,im not supporting gamezaion,im just saying the truth,that you can get the best items just by voting and marketing. And in 1 year of playing you should have several abg gears just like most people do after playing for a whole year without donating a single dollar.

 

there should be a farewell thread where people can just bump it instead of writing a whole friggin book as to why they are leaving
