    Hallo Gamez aion.

    I am the leader of the legion called "Aesir"
    we are a level 5 legion... Now i have the problem
    that i can not Edit or even create an announcement and
    I can not change the legion emblem aswell -_-

    i know that this bug has ben reported before.. and i think that level 3 legions can... so please GMs repair this with the next update.
