Legion Task (Raksha) Bugged?

it took us so long to kill it with just us two XD im soo bad at dps'ing but it didnt update our legion quests

anyone can shed a light on this please respond? we really want to do this tasks to rank up our legion

 

as far as i know someone else posted about this quest and yeah it's bugged :-j

 

then how did other legions get their rank up? Through the NPC? but but... how... our legion is too small for more member requirements XD Already all my alts are in there. . . is there a specific number we need to get a legion level rank up? Coz if thats the case then I'm just going to make multiple accounts and level them up just to do this. I don't feel like inviting bunch of randoms only to use them or to recruit that many since our BG hates that.
