The problem is that I was a good 150 miles away from home, and it was around 530pm. I was very tired and not thinking clearly, nor did I know any of this. But had I let myself be hit, we would've ended up on the news for blocking the entire bridge. That would've been a real clusterfuck

Awwww that's so sad, I can imagine... Parrots are the coolest birds ever. It's tough, I keep expecting to see him in the house but he just isn't. I also miss flopping down on him and playing rough.

Welp I'm a bit slow at getting around to this, but obviously you know I remember you. Seems like things are going pretty well for you, aside from the whole trucker situation etc.

I do have to agree with you as well. While I may be -slightly- more receptive to being a part of internet communities (but not that much more), something about Gamez drags me back. I've been staff more times than I can count just because inevitably I get dragged back to the community and want to be a bigger part of it than just a poster, but those times are clearly gone as I can't stick to it. Even so, I'm always lurking.

To catch up myself -
I'm 24 now, most of my time previously on Gamez was spent while I was unemployed, but now I'm coming up on my 2 year anniversary with a nice security company and working to join the IT department of a nationwide corporate headquarters office that I work at as one of my client sites.

Love..not really. I've had some interests here and there but it always crashes and burns in some way.

I've had to put down one of my dogs as well since the last time both of us were seriously active on these forums, it may have even been both dogs that died in one year, but I only had to really put down one, so I'm thankful for that because its not an experience I'd like to repeat. My family loves dogs and I don't really have any emotional damage from the past dogs (of course I miss them) so we have two new dogs, and unfortunately we adopted the dog of one of my mom's co-workers to avoid it being put down. The unfortunate part is now we have 3 dogs, and the adopted dog is 12 years old already. He should still have several years ahead of him, but I was hoping we could avoid any issues for at least 10 years.

Other than that, I'm still playing a ton of games, I post screenshots and such on here from time to time, but I haven't lately. Right now I'm looking forward to Archeage coming out soon.

Oh, and I've gotten into anime more than I ever have before this year. Up to about 8 anime's watched this year, if you count movies, and normally I only watch like one a year, previously. I don't think you're into that stuff though so that's mostly an aside for anyone else.

I'm really sorry about the doggies, it seems you're dealing with it waaay better than me though, and that's great. I've heard of archeage and I know a buddy who's interested in playing. I'm only playing path of exile for now, which is a pretty unknown game and fairly hard to get into, so I've just played solo. No guilds or anything really.
