Level 55 Gear

Hey,
it would be very nice to add the NPC Tosel and Marac back to Database again.
Those are the NPC's that sell the ingredients for all crafting Items, that mean good level 55 Gear.
Since the level 55 Instances don't work there's no other way than voting or donating to get any good gear.
Voting takes about 400 days (more than a year) to full equipp one Character, Trading is impossible without donating and not everybody is donating.
Brief, theres no way to get full equipped without donating and I think it's not fair to force everyone to donate. Please add those NPC's again. It's still a whole lot of work to skill Tailoring etc.!

I know there is something called Crafting but they sell the Ingredients that can't be crafted

 

well if carl put back those npc,then donate rate will decrease and thats one he doesnt want ^.^.. so he keep hide thats npcs then ppl go vote or donate ^.^..
take a sample on this easter shop,carl give SW set etc,thats lvl 55 gears,so thats point carl hide those npcs ^.^

 

well there's still some gear that is better, so there will still be a reason for donating. And crafting is still a matter of time. It takes half an eternity to get all of those ingredients so there will still be those who are too lazy and start donating.
I don't see any reason for hiding those NPC's. It's just a way to make PvP much fairer. You can't force everyone to donate.
