Level 9 Ascension Quest BUG! Bottle Missing!

    Started new character and when i went to do level 9 Ascension Quest found a new BUG as Bootle from Prenos NPC is Missing so imposible to compleat a quest and do level UP!!! What should i do to recive a bottle from Prenos?
