    All you need is a stable ping, so you can time it properly.

    Lol, I remember running around pandae jumpshotting my AoEs on my gladiator when I was bored (which was 90% of the time).

    You can do it regardless of ping, as long as it's stable, it just takes practice to get used to your ping.
    Same concept as slide casting but way faster.

    It's easier to do with higher ping.

    I do it on chanter with the second skill in meteor strike chain, everything else is best jumpshot.

    This will mostly benefit gladiators.
