Level up Caphras on a boss armor

    Why when I level up Caphras on a boss armor, I don't get defence point up and not an increase gear score? Is this a feature of our server and is it disabled on purpose?
    On the bdoplanner website, I get protection points. The guys from the retail version say that it works like bdoplanner for them.
