    Leveling a horse skill to 100% doesn't give a message​
    Bug Description:
    Hi,
    normally if you levelup a skill to 100% you get a popup+systemmessage.
    Retail:

    Start at 34seconds

    Gamez:


    Just look the videos and ... yeah.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Get a horse (HAH nice try!) and level up a skill (HAH... do you know how to train a horse?^^)
    See at 99 to 100% no systeminfo.    ​
