List of skill bugs?

If there are skills that are bugged, is there a list of what skills are there or do you guys just know it by heart?

 

well there is a lot of skills bugged like arrow flurry its give you 40% attack speed but if the enemy attack you so you need to be in stun and you not so bug and in sorcerer he have the illusion its need to evade 2 phy attack but its evade 3-4 and his shiled skill not remember the name its block 8 attacks and you need to be in stun but you not and a lot more you right someone need to do list of it

 

There isn't a list of skill bugs, you can compile a list and post it if you have the time to do so.
