can you help me please when i log in my character i cant continue cuz when i click my character it's just stay and after that it will be disconnected and says " FAILED TO CONNECT FROM THE GAME SERVER ".....dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd i cant connect since yesterday ...can u help me pleaseeee... should i send a unstruck request ?? but i already send a request..

If you have, we are processing them regularly. You should not log the character in at all after you post an unstuck request, and as a precaution considering there have been some people who have been being stuck to where they require a server restart.

That I assume isthe case with you as well currently. Please be patient though I do understand the frustration.

Honestly? It really depends to when we get to processing those requests.

I've been trying to every couple hours or so. But that also doesn't always solve the issue, like I said sometimes it requires a server restart for some silly reason.

 

ahw. . that's bad ( hmmmmm.. i wish the server restarts now... (
