Loading into server forever?

    When I attempt to log in, I type in my information and it asks me if i would like to use the eastern server and I say yes, however, it loads forever and I haven't been able to get into the game. Can anyone enlighten me as to what is wrong?

    Check your aion folder and search for version.ini and open it on notepad

    Your version is compatible for current version of gamez server right now.. did you double check your connection or a ping reducer if your using one?

    My connection is fine I am watching Youtube. Only my wife and I are on it and we get 12mbps.

    Does anyone else have this problem? I don't know if this is the problem but my NCSoftLauncher hasn't completely installed yet but it is past stage one and it says "playable." Anyone else have any ideas?
